How Y-Tech.io Built Rémy Cointreau's Conference Website

- 20% Fewer Manager Calls

Result: -20% calls to event managers
Solution
Y-Tech.io built UX-optimised website with agenda, documents, and thematic animations, in collaboration with American event agency Exclamation Group.
Task
Design and develop the annual Distributor Conference website for the 2023 Arizona event — covering full event branding and two separate websites for offline and online attendees.
Client
Rémy Cointreau, French luxury spirits group (Rémy Martin, LOUIS XIII, Cointreau), founded 1724. A joint project with Exclamation Group.
Context
Every year, the group organises a global Distributor Conference to align its international network. For the 2023 edition, set in Arizona, they needed a digital presence that could handle hundreds of attendees — both in-person and remote — without flooding the event planning team with repetitive questions.
Long-term Partnership since 2021
That ongoing relationship meant the team already understood the brand standards, the internal stakeholders, and the level of polish Rémy Cointreau expects.
About the Client
Running a luxury brand conference at this scale means managing a lot of moving parts. The brief was demanding:

The Challenge

Design all event branding from scratch

from the conference logo down to name badges — while staying true to Rémy Cointreau’s established visual identity.

Build two separate websites

one for on-site participants, one for remote attendees - each with its own user path and information architecture.

Serve two types of audiences simultaneously

Offline guests needed practical logistics. Online participants needed a different flow entirely. One-size-fits-all wasn’t an option.

Cut the workload on event planners

Before the new site, managers were fielding a constant stream of calls and emails answering the same questions. That had to change.

Reduce information overload

With a complex multi-day agenda, key documents, and reminders all needing a home, the risk of overwhelming users was real.
Have the same challenge?
Y-Tech.io led the full design and development process, working alongside American event agency Exclamation Group and illustrator Vera Iva, who created the custom illustrations and defined the Arizona-inspired visual theme.
Our Solution
Brand integration first
The team developed multiple design variants that wove Rémy Cointreau’s classic brand codes into a fresh conference concept — desert tones, regional motifs, and a visual language that felt both premium and location-specific.
UX/UI built around user paths
Each website was structured around what its audience actually needed. Offline attendees got logistics, schedules, and venue details front and centre. Online participants got a streamlined flow adapted to their remote experience.
Information architecture that answers questions before they're asked
The agenda, key reminders, and downloadable documents were all surfaced clearly — reducing the need to contact the event team.
Subtle thematic animations
Added a layer of polish without distracting from the content. They reinforced the Arizona theme and gave the site a premium feel consistent with the Rémy Cointreau brand.
